The safety measures and the hospitality of the staff members were excellent. Valet team, Conceirge guys, Bayan, Jana, Mohammad The supervisor of top floor. They are so so so kind and pleasant to be around and the service they offer is exceptional!

The most amazing and relaxing stay at the loveliest Jordan ❤️ Much appreciation to the whole staff who were super friendly and helpful especially Bayan, Durra, Ali, AbdulJabbar , Ahmed, AbdulKareem & Ghalia. (Apologies for forgetting other names cause they were all amazing). Cleanliness was awesome, Room Service was super fast, the whole hotel is perfectly worked on👏👏 Can't wait to book again :)

My family and I were very impressed with the very friendly, and supportive staff. Smiling all the time. Bayan was really exceptional and received us very very well. Her approach and warm welcome was really very pleasing. Every member of the hotel staff did a great job. Thanks to ALL for the remarkable stay.

First and foremost, I want to thank the entire crew for making my stay so comfortable and for the great greetings and welcome. For the people of Jordan, also known as the Land of Nishama, the staff was incredibly welcoming and well-dressed. For the traveler, the hotel's position is practically next to everything they could possibly need, including the city center, shopping centers, and services. Families and single travelers looking for security and peace of mind should consider staying at this hotel.
